Honey Mustard Chicken
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 whole medium chicken breasts
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, poppy seed and pepper. Stir together well. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Place chicken, bone side up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil for 15 minutes, turn and continue broiling for 10 minutes. Brush with honey mustard mixture. Broil about 5 minutes more or until tender. |
